Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology (SLIET) established by the MHRD Government of India is a centrally funded technical Technical Institute (CFTI) with deemed university status. The institute was founded in 1991 and it is situated in Panjab. The SLIET is going to conducting the Entrance Test (SET) for different programs for the academic year 2024. SLIET Ph.D. Admission Test 2024 Eligibility Criteria and Educational Qualifications
The SLIET 2024 eligibility criteria will be varied by course wise The details will be given below.

• Integrated Certificate Diploma (ICD) – 3 Years

Candidate must hold 10th class or matriculation with a minimum of 50% of marks.

• ICD Lateral Entry 

Candidate must hold 2-year ITI certificate/(10+2) Vocational after matriculation with 2 years from any recognized board or Institute with minimum 50% of marks.

• B.E (Lateral Entry)

Candidate should appear or pass Diploma in Engineering with minimum 55% of marks.

• M.B.A – 2 Years

Valid score of CAT of a corresponding year or CMAT 2024 or candidate should qualify GATE 2024 or Candidate must hold B.E/B.Tech/B.S.C (Engg).

• B.E – 4 Years

The candidate should qualify in JEE main 2024

• M.Tech – 2 Years

Candidate must hold B.E or B.Tech in any discipline from any government recognized university and candidate should qualify in GATE 2024 with a valid score.

• M.S.C – 2 Years

The candidate should possess B.S.C and the candidate should have to appear in Pu- CET 2024.

• Ph.D (Full Time)

Candidate must possess a full-time Master Degree course in Engineering, Humanities, Science, Management.

Age Limit
The age limit will be varied by course wise for undergraduate courses candidate must have a minimum age limit of 17 years old and for Post Graduate courses candidate should a minimum of 20 years old and for the Ph.D. program candidate should have a minimum age limit of 23 years old.

SLIET Ph.D. Admission Application Fee 2024
General category students need to pay 1200 rupees application fee and Reservation category students Ladies need to pay 600 rupees application fee and Gents need to pay 800 rupees application fee through either in Online mode or Offline mode.
