Karnataka State Government, Examination Authority (KEA) was conducting the Diploma common entrance test (DCET) examination for the students who are completed the diploma courses and to join under graduate professional courses for the academic year 2017. The examination will conducted for the students who have completed diploma and getting admission to join the 2nd year B.tech courses. Above mentioned 2 subjects will be common for all the branches students and third subject will be based on their branch in diploma course the questions will be asked from diploma subjects only. Karnataka DCET Examination Pattern 2017
DCET entrance examination will be conducted in paper base offline itself. The question paper will be designed with 180 questions from each subject there will 60 questions. Each question carries one mark and there will no negative marking for wrong answers. The duration period for the entrance examination will be 3 hours. First 60 questions will be asked from physics and next 60 questions will be from mathematics and other 60 questions will be from their core branch subjects.
