WBJEE Syllabus 2024 Entrance Test

  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Mathematics
  • Biological Science

Physics and Chemistry are common for all the students and the students. Those who are applied for Engineering course can prepare mathematics and the Students who are applied for the medical course can prepare biological science. The questions will be asked from the 12th class syllabus itself. Students who are applied for both the courses can prepare all the subjects given in the above syllabus.

WBJEE Exam Pattern 2024
The question paper will be designed differently subject-wise. Each subject in the question paper will be designed with 3 categories. In the first category, one mark will be awarded for each question and other two categories 2 marks will be awarded for each question. Mathematics subjects totally 80 questions will be there. Biological Science 120 questions will be given. In Physics subject totally there will be 40 questions and in Chemistry subject totally 40 questions will be there.

Mathematics subject the paper will be designed with 100 marks. Biological Science the paper will be designed with 150 marks. Physics and Chemistry the paper will be designed with 100 marks each consist of 50 marks. There will negative marking for wrong answered questions. Each wrong answered question 1/4th mark will be deducted from the correct answer question.
