- Open the Andhra Pradesh State Public Service Commission New Website of http://psc.ap.gov.in
- Find and Select the OTPR Registration and click on it
- Now Choose Direct Recruitment or Departmental Test witch is you need
- Select Direct Recruitment option
- Now you have seen New Registration, Modify Registration or Confirm Registration
- Select Modify Registration Option
