Punjab State Government, Panjab University, Chandigarh announced the PU CET UG Notification 2024 for Punjab common entrance test (PU-CET) for the academic year 2024 to get admission for undergraduate professional courses in B.Pharmacy and B.Sc (H.S.) in Anthropology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, Biotechnology, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Maths, Maths & Computing, Microbiology, Physics, Physics & Electronics and Zoology in Panjab State colleges.
PU CET Eligibility Criteria 2024 for Punjab University Common Entrance Test Educational Qualifications
The candidate must be a citizen of India and belongs to Punjab state. Coming to the educational qualifications candidate must hold 12th class in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English of the Central Board of Secondary Education. New Delhi or its equivalent Examination conducted by a recognized Board/University/Council shall be eligible to appear in the PU CET (BHMS) Entrance Test 2024.
The candidates who have passed/appeared in 10+2 Exams of Mahila Gram Vidyapith, Allahabad are intelligible to appear in the PU-CET (UG) Entrance Test, as this institution has been derecognized by Panjab University, Chandigarh.
Age Limit
The PU CET UG 2024 applied candidate must have a minimum age of 17 years old and there will be no upper age limit for the entrance test.

A new window will pop up where candidates are required to enter their “Roll Number” and click on the “Submit” option.
Completion of filling the application form candidate needs to pay the examination fee by using a credit card or debit card or internet banking.

Punjab University Common Entrance Test Examination Pattern for PU CET UG 2024 Entrance test
From the above subjects each subject there will 60 questions and each question carries 2 marks. There will be negative marking for wrong answered questions. From correct questions, 1/4 the mark will be deducted for wrong answers.
