Physical Efficiency Test
Male: Long Jump for the Male Candidates will Jump Up to 11 Feet Long within three chances only. in High Jump, the Candidates will Jump there and half ( 3 1/2 ) Feet in same of within three chances.
Female : The Female Candidates will Jump Up to 9 feet long in the Long Jump test within three chances and in High Jump the Candidates will Jump there ( 3) Feet in same of within three chances.
